We had a busy start to 2020, with conversations with The Institute of Leadership & Management about growing our in-house Endorsed programmes.
By the end of March 2020, we had submitted our application to deliver eight new programmes, all to be Endorsed by The Institute of Leadership & Management.
We were successful in all our applications, which means we are now approved to deliver a selection of management and leadership, coaching and facilitation programmes which are ‘Institute Approved’ by The Institute of Leadership & Management. Our ‘Institute Approved’ programmes are:
- Stepping into Management
- Stepping into Leadership
- Powerful Coaching Conversations for HR Professionals
- Powerful Coaching Conversations for Managers
- Coaching for Results
- An Introduction to Effective Coaching and Facilitation
- Coaching with Impact (Bespoke Programme for one of our partners)
- Evolve (Bespoke Leadership Programme for one of our partners)
Having these courses provides us with an opportunity to offer to individual participants a programme of study that is recognised and certificated, by a Professional Institute, without having to undertake a formal qualification.
It also allows us to work with our partners who can choose to select from these pre-approved programmes, should they want us to deliver a tried and tested and certified pre-designed programme. We can also work with our partners to collaborate and create a more personalised programme that meets their needs. This allows our partners to provide a kite-mark of quality for their own bespoke programmes, designed in collaboration with us.
