The Professional Coaches Community

At Grow, we are not only passionate about supporting and training others to achieve their coaching qualifications and accreditations, we also believe in supporting coaches with their ongoing CPD, supervision and developing their business. Our Professional Coaches Community is led by coaches, for coaches and our aim is to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for professional coaches to access everything they need to remain current with their practice, build the coaching business they want and access the support they need to maintain their own professional practice standards, and look after their own health and well-being!

What do members of our PCC have access to and what are our costs and our terms?

We provide monthly coach ‘Huddles’, which provides a safe space for our community members to access support with a topic of their choice. Even when you’re a coach yourself, you still need support and coaching from others, and that’s exactly what these sessions provide. One of the many benefits of the ‘Huddle’ sessions is that often, what one member will bring to the session will also be of huge value to others attending as well! These sessions are all currently held online and last for 1 hour.
All of our community members can access quarterly group supervision, led by a qualified and experienced supervisor. In addition to the group sessions, our members can also access significantly lower rates on our 1:1 supervision if 1:1 supervision is preferred.
Our annual membership plan is the best value for money, and we provide 12 months membership for the price of 10! Our annual membership fee for 2022 is £550.00, plus VAT and for anyone who signs up to the annual membership plan at any point during 2022, you can still access a full 12-month membership plan for the price of 10 months, regardless of when you join. If you’re thinking of signing up before the end of 2022, you can still access our 2022 prices!
We offer a pay-monthly plan for those who do not want to commit to the membership community on an annual basis. Our pay-monthly plan for 2022 is £55.00, plus VAT per month. The minimum membership term is 3 months.

We host monthly online CPD workshops, led by experienced coaches. Our CPD sessions are for 1-1.5 hours and include a wide range of topics, to support your personal and professional development. Our 2022 workshops include the following: Jenny Garrett – ‘Inclusion in Coaching’, Sam Isaacson – ‘Thriving as a Coaching in the Digital World’, Rita Symons and Eve Turner – ‘Coaching with the Earth at the Heart’, ‘Transitioning to Team Coaching’, Tony Geraghty – ‘Ethical workplace coaching, in the psychological space, with clients experiencing mental health challenges’, Rachael Hanley-Browne – ‘Endings in Team Coaching’, Alex Burn ‘Coaching Outdoors’, Outdoor Coaching, Dr Angelina Bennet – ‘Coaching from the Clients Perspective’, Coaching neuro-divergent clients’ with Mike Bedford, Estelle Read – Imposter Syndrome. We also have a CPD review workshop and an end of year gathering!
For our community members who are interested in learning more about the ‘business’ aspects associated with running your own coaching business, our members can access our monthly Business Masterclass sessions, led by Alisa Barcan. Every quarter as part of the Business Masterclasses, we host a ‘Quarterly Review’ to focus on business review and business planning – it’s great to keep you on-track and accountable! There are a wide range of topics covered at these sessions, some of the Masterclasses in 2022 have included: Podcasting for Business, Coaching contracts – Basic principles and panel discussion, Making the most of your LinkedIn profile, The buyer’s journey – Understanding your clients, Coaching proposals – Basic principles and panel discussion, Using video as a marketing tool, How to use Medium.com for business.
