ILM Approved Centre
As an ILM approved centre we offer a range of professionally recognised leadership and management qualification programmes at Level 3 and Level 5 which are certified and awarded by the ILM (part of the City & Guilds Group).
We are proud to have been awarded Direct Claims Status by the ILM for our qualifications, which demonstrates best practice in design, delivery, and assessment. Allowing us to directly claim and issue certificates without pre-approval from the ILM, enabling the processing and provision of certificates more quickly for our participants.
ILM Assured Programmes
We understand that a formal leadership and management qualification might not be the right solution to meet every partner’s needs. Where our partners want a programme that is ‘quality assured’ by a professional awarding body, whilst having the freedom to make the programme (and any associated assessments) their own, we work with our partners to design and deliver a bespoke programme that is ‘ILM Assured’.
These programmes provide a mark of excellence in training and allow those who participate and successfully complete to achieve an ‘ILM Assured’ certificate.
The Institute of Leadership & Management ‘Institute Approved’ Programmes
The Institute of Leadership & Management is a recognised professional body that we work closely with, to gain approval for our in-house developed coaching and mentoring programmes.
We have a range of in-house designed ‘Institute Approved’ programmes. Our partners can select from these courses, should they want us to deliver a tried and tested and certified pre-designed programme.
However, we also work with our partners to collaborate and create a more personalised programme that meets their needs. This allows our partners to provide a kite-mark of quality for their own bespoke coaching and mentoring programmes, designed in collaboration with us.
Amie and her team planned, prepared and delivered an excellent training programme for my colleagues and myself. Each session was planned to an excellent, professional quality with activities to suit all learning styles. Amie’s knowledge in the subjects covered were excellent and she was able to share her own experience and support our ideas for the future. Many thanks Amie!
I enjoyed each session. The sessions were informative in relation to the workplace and linked to the criteria of each module. There was an excellent mix of theory and discussion throughout the course. I am utilising many of the theories we studied and can see a change in my management skills and the reaction from my team is better. I thoroughly enjoyed both the delivery, extended reading, the research and the assignments.
Amie walks her talk and she leads the sessions by inspiration which is always a win/win. We have been allowed to debate and discuss many topics which has brought us closer as a group and made it more interesting.
Jane is really good at making the course material relevant to everyone on the course, so this can be applied to different job roles across our business.
Really enjoyed the course and I have gained a lot from it! I have grown in confidence and I understand the individuals in my team better and I feel I work with them better now to increase performance. I have higher expectations of others and use the coaching skills developed to improve the motivation and performance of those I manage. I work hard to improve productivity and I have used a lot of the tools I have learnt to become a more effective manager. I have learnt a great deal on the Talent Management Programme, it has helped me develop as a person as well as a manager and has provided me with a strong foundation to build on with my own team and colleagues.
