To enable you to achieve exceptional performance in your leadership role, on this course we will encourage you to reflect and recharge, whilst learning about the essentials of effective leadership. You will learn about:

Those who attend this programme will be provided with access to our online learning platform, with access to pre and post session work and access to all course materials.

Is this course right for me?

This course is aimed at transitioning and first-time leaders or those who want to prepare for taking the next step into a leadership role.

Those who attend this programme should ideally already be in a lower/middle level management role and either looking to progress into a more senior leadership role, or have recently been promoted into a leadership position.

If you have recently moved into a senior leadership role (in the last 12-18 months) and have not yet engaged in any leadership development, then this programme would be extremely valuable for you to develop your self-awareness and identify the key skills and behaviours you need to develop to foster a more empowering approach to leading others to achieve bottom-line results.

Are there any formal entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however those who join this programme should ideally already be in a leadership role or planning to move into a leadership role in the next 12 months.

Please note that for our online programmes, you are required to have access to suitable IT resources (access to a laptop/PC/iPad/tablet) and an internet connection to be able to access the ‘live’ online workshops.

For our short courses, we do not offer interest free instalment payment plan options and fees must be paid in full in advance of the course.

For online courses, full fees must be paid at least 7 calendar days before the course start date.

For face to face training courses, full fees must be paid at least 20 working days before the course start date.

If your employer is paying for the course, you should provide a purchase order number at the time of booking and fees are expected to be paid in full before the course start date.
