What will I learn?

This qualification is made up of three core modules that enable you to understand, develop and demonstrate the required levels of knowledge and skills to deliver effective coaching.

The first module ‘Understanding Good Practice in Coaching within an Organisational Context’ provides you with an understanding of the skills, principles
and practice required for effective coaching or mentoring within an organisational context.
In the second module ‘Undertaking Coaching within an Organisational Context’ you are required to undertake a minimum of 6 hours of effective coaching (with a
maximum of 2 individuals) within an organisational context and provide evidence of a 1 hour meeting with your coach supervisor. To support your coaching practice, you will learn about a range of coaching models, tools and techniques.
In the final module ‘Reflecting on Coaching Skills within an Organisational Context’ you are required to reflect on your ability to perform effectively as a coach within an organisational context.

Is this course right for me?

This course is for those at all levels who want to develop their coaching knowledge, skills and understanding to enhance their ability and confidence in coaching. This course is aimed at those who have less experience of coaching and would like to gain an insight into how to effectively use coaching tools, techniques and models to support effective one-to-one coaching in the workplace.

Are there any formal entry requirements?

Whilst there are no formal entry requirements, we advise that before registering onto the programme, you have carefully considered how you will meet and undertake the required practical coaching and mentoring hours as part of the qualification (6 hours for this qualification).

For our online programmes, you are required to have access to suitable IT resources (access to a laptop/PC/iPad/tablet) and an internet connection to be able to access the ‘live’ online workshops.

Payment options

For participants who are self-funding, we offer interest free instalment payment plan options – to be assessed and agreed on an individual basis. There is a minimum deposit payment of 25%, required at enrolment (to be paid within 5 working days of enrolment), with the remaining balance to be paid over 3 months (paid monthly). There is a £50.00 (inclusive of VAT) fee charged for those opting to pay in instalments. Those who choose to pay in instalments will be required to sign our self-funding finance agreement. Participants who are funded by their employer, should provide a purchase order number at the time of booking and fees are expected to be paid in full (as soon after enrolment as reasonably practicable). Discounts are also offered for organisations who enrol and register two or more participants onto the same qualification programme.
