At Grow, we are proud to have partners and not clients. When it comes to our bespoke training courses, we develop strong partnerships with the organisations we work with, getting to know and understand the organisation and their people. We spend time on-site with our partners to get a ‘feel’ for their organisation and how it works on a day-to-day basis. This enables us to align our training to their needs and becomes intrinsic to how they operate now and want to operate in the future.

Getting it all signed off – your programme is now designed
We are confident at ‘sign-off’ that the training course content, style, approach and learning materials will tick all of your boxes and beyond! With your seal of approval, we move onto the exciting stage of content development.
Developing the Content – almost there now!
The team at Grow develop the course content and materials in a way that is bespoke to your needs. We prefer dual-branding as it emphasises the partnership element of working together, but that decision is left with you as our partner.
Delivery – the best bit!
The ‘delivery’ varies partner to partner, as the delivery stage could start with a pre-meet with course delegates, pre-assessment days or we could get straight into the training. We work with you to decide what is best for your programme. Our delivery method varies from face to face, online or a combination of both. We also agree with you (budget dependent) as to the right venue for the training.
Feedback, evaluation and review – the important stuff!
Whilst we love designing and delivering bespoke training, we don’t see the point if you don’t get results. We work with you to review the programme outcomes and impact, helping you to achieve the results you want and need.
And…it starts again – hopefully!
