We provide a wide selection of ‘open’ training programmes, for those who want to self-fund, or for individuals who want to attend a training course externally to their organisation. Our approach is the same, with our programmes focused on providing a personalised approach with outcomes tailored to the individual.

Here at Grow, we understand that every delegate will have different wants, needs and aspirations. It is our job to ensure that these are understood and fulfilled. We support individuals from start to finish, so we place an emphasis on sustaining relationships beyond successful completion of their course, providing ongoing support to them on their journey. This can take the form of general advice/guidance/support/networking opportunities or simply a friendly ear to listen. Following completion of some of our programmes, we have supported delegates to become self-employed coaches, or to take on new career and life changes.
